Dynamic Movement & Mindful Practices

Studio T Pilates collaborated with a school initiative in Flint, MI. The 8-week summer program focused on dynamic movement, mindful practices, breath exercises, uplifting affirmations, and interactive games. Relax & Restore by the Lake

Participants enjoyed this small private lake nestled in the woods during this one-day retreat, which left them feeling rejuvenated, reset, & recharged from head to toe!
